    HTC Hero v Nokia X6

After the experience with the E71 I would not get an E72 (even though its a good phone). I am just tired of Symbian I think. Today I purchased an unlocked Telus HTC Hero that has the US 3G bands so I should be getting it in a week. I am looking forward to it I think I chose the right one.

Palin Claimed Dinosaurs And People Coexisted

I dunno about you, but I think it shows a lot about her judgement and inability to accept hard, scientific evidence as fact. Who knows what kind of decisions she'll make as VP based on a complete lack of reason.

    The Dark knight

Just got back from it.. what a fucking movie. It lived up to all the hype and then some. Ledger was amazing, the original joker eats dick compared to this one...

    Denny Goes Airsurfing-available anywhere?

Back in 1991, Lance Kramer, future animation director on The Simpsons directed a festival short called "Dennny Goes Air Surfing" about a dragon who surfs in the sky to the tune of "Surfing With The Alien" Is this short available anywhere? Scott

    Creepy McDonalds ad.

Has anyone recently seen a very creepy McDonalds ad? It features strange claymation animals, a weird looking boy, and a farm house. What was it advertising anyway? I would really like to know what they were smoking when they came up with that ad! Has anyone seen it? It is sooo creepy!

South Park "Elementary School Musical" Talkback (Spoilers)

Other than the Indy rape, pretty much.

    "They Had Such Potential!"

Billy & Mandy and The Fairly Oddparents. Both had great concepts and Billy & Mandy had a very interesting take on the Grim Reaper. However, both fell victim to one-dimensional characters and poor writing. They started out cute, but fell flat (and even flatter in style when they get renewed for...

    Lucky Luke Movie

So, you think they'll release this on Canadian DVD? There is a way to order it online from Canada if there is, right? I checked out Amazon.com, and found the "new adventures of Lucky Luke" with English and French tracks that look like they're Canadian. I might just pick that up.

    Scheduling, what a mess!

Avatar / DBZ Kai is exactly what I am referring to. I'm not sure what the exact status of the Marvel properties Nick had is, I tend to suspect they were pulled because of something Disney did, but there is PLENTY of room Nick could be using here. Here's a good example: 06:00A - 08:00A...

Best villain casts on action shows

It counts as an action show, but they don't use the villain of the week format, and most of the villains are all part of the Fire Nation. It is not really a cast of individual villain, since most of them work for the same company, or in this case country.

Be My Valentine, Charlie Brown Talkback 2/10, ABC

Charlie Brown complaining about not having a valentine is just sad since he can't remember what happened back in the 60's. I agree with Snoopy since he hasn't done much in this new special. And I just saw a commercial about The Goode Family. I'm tired of waiting for it. I bet the show isn't...

    South Park - "Human Cent-iPad" - Talkback [4/27]

The problem here is that this to me, it feels less of a spoof of those terms and agreements and more of a tool to use when it comes to Trey and Matt's recent attitude towards Kyle (one that involves him being written as a "butt monkey" in some episodes).

    Character Development in Animation

I like GI Joe. You're a moron if you disagree with me. :p But in all seriousness, you have some very good points. I think development can occur all throughout a hero's series, but the writer needs to be pretty damned careful. Attempts at development can lead to outcry that he/she is "out of...

    Shows that went adult/kiddie

Your point? The network likely changed sponsors during that time so's not to look like they were encouraging pregnant women to smoke. But that doesn't prove that The Flintstones went kiddie after Wilma gave birth.

    TMNT Talkback "Turtles Forever" (Spoilers)

Chaos Yoshi, you should know that the original comic book's Frank Miller elements don't really last past issue 1. Eastman and Laird dispensed with the narration by issue 2, and by issue 3, it'd begun introducing more general sci-fi elements. It's still worthwhile--I'd recommend the Collected...
