Nice analogy...Part of it, I believe, has to stem from the fact that they simply have a poor presence in the US...I don't think Nokia has the same kind of poor service rep overseas, but perhaps they do. Quality handsets but if repairs are crap, hard to make the investment...I've been an iphone...

Yeah, that's mainly what I use i-nigma for. The FF plugin I use is called Mobile Barcoder. I highly recommend it. You just mouseover the plugin's icon to display a barcode of the current tab's URL, which i-nigma can read into the phone.

I have a problem that occurs occasionally on Hot Syncing my Tungsten T3. Sometimes after I hot sync, all my calendar data on my T3 is missing. It syncs with Outlook 2003 on my desktop. If I sync my Tungsten T3 again, the data will reappear. Any ideas why this occurs?
