I don't really see the big deal when it comes to the lack of movement when characters are sitting, sitting at a table, driving, standing casually, etc.

Amphibians such as toads and frogs are usually cast as the bad guys. Think of Baron Silas Greenback from DangerMouse and The Frog from Courageous Cat & Minute Mouse.

cartoon network has and will kick ass,although they took off all the classics,we have boomerang,while toon disney doesn't care about it's past,nor does nickelodeon.

Personally, I'd want it in anime myself. Too many CG movies out these days, and not enough traditional hand-drawn animation. Besides, anime can capture any humorous scenes easily.
