Erebos is right on this one. You have to sign into Steam online to update/authenticate the game then you can put it into offline mode (you have to do this yourself) to play without an internet connection.
I don't know if it should completely go out of play, considering McCain went bust and Palin spent $75,000 on clothes during the market crisis. However though I do agree with you on the brainwashing and the limited marketing.
Meerasant, if you run the Nokia setup wizard again, you will be able to restore all those AT&T access points you deleted.... I go into Wireless Lan to connect to an access point for the first time and then I go into destinations to prioritize if I don't like the way Nokia has prioritized them...
I would trust the guy on the ground with the eye-witness "opinion" over the guy sitting comfortably in his recliner watching what the news thinks is entertaining enough to show him.
PS- On ground too. Also extremely impressed with the changes I have seen in the past year. It's like night and day.

Even Nokia has a bunch that have IR. The Nokia Communicator is one of them.
I think it's a wonderful idea and a great way for animator's to get their work out to the masses. It's organized well too. I've bookmarked it and look forward to watching more in the future. Good luck with it!
In the episode 'Spanish Fry' of Futurama, when the gang goes camping:
Hermes: (holding what looks like toilet paper) I'm be behind that tree, doing my business.
Hermes then sits down, puts the paper into a calculator and starts doing his 'business'.
I will judge a movie once I hear more about it and I see a couple trailers. Although the concept doesn't jump out at me, I will still give it a chance.
Well Dragons was based off a book.
