The bloodshed is only part of the appeal to me, or at least it was when I was a big fan of it a couple of years ago. I've always rather liked the art and background music as well, and it can use things other than gore to be funny (though they are admittedly usually rather simple gags).

Before anyone asks: the two Rallos at the end is meant to spoof the fact that when it comes to younger kids on live-action TV shows, twins are usually casted for these roles due to the laws limiting amount the time a kid under a certain age is allowed to work in a filmed project.

Hard to argue with those but I would have replaced one of those with one of my favorites from Toonami, Tenchi.

Animaniacs AND Tiny Toon Adventures were both terrific, but I liked Animaniacs just a bit better.
