    The E71 is a good example of this. As you type words it will autocomplete with a suggestion, hitting the D-pad down it will give you more choices, hitting Space it will use the suggested word, hitting the D-pad up will use what you have typed. I love it.

    You should always do a hard reset after flashing your firmware. OperaMini goes through Opera's servers (no choice). If your ISP blocks socket connections you have to change the settings to http. You probably already did this.

    Just placed an order for the 5800 European/Asian version. I understand that the difference between the NAM and Europe version is in the 3G frequency. Is there any other differences beside that in hardware and software? The NAM version is a lot cheaper but I need to use the phone in Europe a lot...
