    SHOULD I PAY RENT FOR ASBESTOS INFECTED HOME?

    I MOVED INTO MY 1ST HOUSE ON 8/1/9. WHEN I MOVED IN MY KITCHEN CEILING WAS ON THE FLOORR DUE TO ROOF REPAIR. IT WAS FIXED WITHIN 2 WEEKS & THE OWNER ONLY WANTED ME TO PAY HALF RENT FOR THE NEXT MONTH. ON 8/28/9 THE HOUSE WAS INSPECTED & WS FOUND TO HAVE ASBESTOS IN THE BASEMENT. THEY HAD 60 DAYS...
