    I first heard about evolution when I was about four or five, and I read some of their arguments when I was about twelve or so. I knew that atheists existed long before that though.

    I don't think that that has anything to do with a "Christian" culture. I think that it's one of the quirks in western culture.

    Yes. There are writings of the early saints and apostles that were not put into the Bible. I believe that St. Peter wrote things that are not in there, and I know that some other early Popes, and saints wrote things. They're hard to find, I think, but they are out there.
