    Do you think educating inner-city children is wasteful?

    Are you kidding me? Most wealthy kids spend their time partying and grow up and contribute nothing to society.. i.e. Paris Hilton, Nick Hogan etc. Poor Children aspire to be something and work harder so they are NOT poor anymore.. You have no idea what your talking about and you are an elitist.
