My Motorola E815 I got to work on Cricket just suddenly stopped being able to send/receive calls about two days ago. I get an error message whenever I try to dial "this call is not authorized". I tried *228 and authorization fails. I called customer service and they tell me just to try *228...

My friend has a HTC touch. We follow the instructions. But for some reason we can't get his text messages to work. He can received them but he can't sent them out. Plz help
