Hi, thx for answering, i've tried converting my videos into .mp4 n i've also tried converting into iphone format which then shows up as .mp4 to. I've never had a problem b4 it's just the new itunes that doesnt accept my videos n i cant downgrade becuz my daughter got a 4s n it's not compatiable...

Mine timed out. I was over half way through the software download. It said it would take about 45 minutes for that part. I'm not sure how long the install would take or if the 45 minutes was for download and install.
