Same here. Got the error, turned around and tried it again immediately and it installed fine. My iPhone runs twice as fast, my car gets an extra 4 miles to the gallon, I no longer have any lower back pain, and all my TV programs are now commercial free. I like this upgrade! :)

Heh, I can now hard reset my phone in 6 minutes. That's from the moment I click yes to the hard reset, through all the programming for full functionality of WAP and MMS. Most of that time is waiting for the OS to install, MMS to install, and Opera to install... Now if only I could figure out...
