Well the reason why the government of California took out those exceptions are because the bill itself is pretty weak. The scholarship only pertains to students who meet certain criteria. It doesn't guarantee "a work visa" or a temporary residency of any kind. Weak, but it's a start.

Well, I updated my username and password, but no change. I still don't see an EVDO icon and I can still only connect over the regular slow cricket wireless. Do I need to go to preferences>network>connection>edit connections... and create a virtual/standard modem or a custom connection?
