    what is a good brand or amp to get for either one of these?

    I am going to buy either a Pioneer TS-SWX310 12" shallow mount subwoofer and enclosure that has 250w RMS and 1000w peak or Sony XPLOD XS-LB10S 10" shallow mount with 330w RMS and 1200w peak. so whats a good, but also cheap brand of amp that would work with either one?

    hooking up a subwoofer?

    until i get an amp for the sub. would it damage or effect my rear speakers if i hook it up that way for now?
