    Problem running Photoshop Setup.. Help please ~ Vista?

    I'm having a problem running Adobe Photoshop CS4 Extended for Vista. It's downloaded now and when I double click setup i get this error "Your administrator set policy to block this program."     No, it's not stupid at all. Ninja 250's are great starter bikes (if you have never ridden before) and also great bikes for those that are shorter and weaker since they are very light compared to other motorcycles. And now with the redesigned look and bigger wheels, they are nicer than ever.
