    How do i unlock these ringtones and send them to my phone?

    So i bought 4 ringtones off of verizon and they sent to my brothers phone. Now he cant send them to my phone bc they are locked so im wondering if there is anyway we can unlock them or havethem sent to my phone please someone help!
