I need to change both motor mounts on my 94 Jeep Cherokee. 4.0 4WD V6. Can I do this myself and if so where can I find step by step directons?

My Jeep needs its fluids flushed. Is that something I can do myself or do I have to see a mechanic? If possible where can I find out how to flush them all?
