    just put PFC than. if he did ROTC in high school with at least 2 years he is a PFC straight out of boot. If he finishes top of the class, he could be PFC. If he is just a regular marine out of BOOT, than he would be a PVT (private) but since you said, he will be a PFC than just put: PFC JOHN DOE

    It is kind of a tossup question but I wouldn't see why not.. I mean just make sure it is under your shirt and such, but you would be safe to run it by principal or something first ya?
