I take a lot of pictures and I like to experiment with them. Does anybody know how to cut out the main thing in the pic and place it on a different background? Like example: I have a pic of a horse but I don't like the backbround is there some way I can cut the horse out and paste it on a better...

I have family who live in Fiji and I might visit them soon.. Would it be legal for me to bring live rock and marine fish etc back to England with me? Would I need a license or need to pay for something etc? Thanks
