some one please look for me i have looked for days and still cannot find one

I just got my Nokia E71 in the mail today. It took forever for me to get it to work. It was having trouble reading the battery or something. Well, I got it turned on, activated, etc... And now it keeps crashing on me every few minutes. Anyone know why? Also, sometimes it has trouble charging...
