    How come Professor Xavier was paralyzed in the movie Xmen First Class, but not in Xmen Origins:Wolverine?

    x-men first class was the first of the movies, then came x-men origins: wolverine... At the end of First Class, Xavier (who was young) became paralyzed due to a stray bullet, but at the end of X-men Origins (The next movie), he was old, and yet he could walk? was it just something they overlooked?
