i saw this guy recently at one of my competitions that i like and i wanna talk to him but i dont know how because of age difference. ill see him at more competitions but i dont feel confident enough in myself to go up to him and say hi and start aa conversation. any tips on how to would be helpful!

ok so i have been doing violin for 3 years now im 12 and i didnt really practice over the summer becasue i was busy but school started back up and it feels like i dont hear the notes right, i always squeak, and everything seems wrong!! please tell me why this is happening:/
