    Samsung Reality deletes my ringtones?

    I bought a ringtone from Verizon and then the next day it deleted it and one of my custom sounds that I set as my ringtone for calls. Is there a way to recover them? PS. When I go to the ringtone app to re-download the ringtone, it doesn't download it!!!!!!!!!
