    Can we convert MP3 to FLAC (Also tell your true experience and difference in quality)?

    I know there's a lot of converters but I'm confused. I heard that MP3 loses less-important sounds and FLAC does not loses any sounds. So there's reason for my confusion. Can a song already in MP3 format regains the less-important sounds, or we have to directly rip that song from CD in FLAC...
