I am sixteen years old and on my ankles I have these awkward, grey, flaky skin patches that has been with me on both ankles. It doesn't hurt and is hardly noticeable, but has had me worried. I have been told by my parents that it might be a diabetic ulcer. Kinda scary.

So my parents are testing my "Responsibility" with a go phone before i get a real 1 and i want good ringtones but i dont have internet on my phone or money so it must be free and work with a verizon samsung... so ya that all requirements so tell me out i keel you... :D
