I get past the "Connecting to Backup Assistant" part and then it says "Please choose a secret PIN code" and there is a little white box below that. When I go to put in my PIN it's not letting me type in ANYTHING! IT'S JUST A BLANK BOX!!! I have tried un-downloading and downloading it again...
