    how many times a day should i work out? and when will i see improvement?

    ok im 16 and im very toned already but i wanna build my upper body alot more though i work out atleast 3 times a day for 30 mins each and i rest every other day but i wanna see improvement fast what kinda work out would be good to work my upper body fast and big? mostly my pecs
