This is somewhat of a troubleshooting issue. I know "how" to do it. However, even if i correctly assign a ringtone to a contact, the default ringtone still plays. In fact, the default ringtone plays regardless. My phone is Sanyo Zio SCP-8600 (Sprint). Any suggestions? Please and thank you.
