    Is there an ability that I can get a working permit one month before your 14?

    Because I would like to get a job for my birthday. Would the school allow me although I'm literally only under a month of age? It'd be beautiful if I could. If it matters, I live in the Scranton, Pennsylvania area. Thanks in advance.
