BREAKFAST( I choose ONE daily)
- Oatmeal (42) w/ 1 cup almond milk (60), water, 1/2 banana (90)
- 1 cup Special K Red Berries cereal (110) w/ 1/2 cup almond milk (40), low fat Yoplait yogurt (100) OR piece of fruit (90) water
- Smoothie made w/ 1 cup frozen fruit (200)...
