    Triathlon Training advice. Week before my race?

    This is my first Triathlon ever and it's next saturday. I'm going to train today. Tommorrow is my pre scheduled day off like it always is. How should I plan my workouts for next week? I'm going very light. Almost nothing on Friday but what about the other 4 days? Help please!

    Help me with this riddle?

    There are 9 dots arranged like this: . . . . . . . . . How can you connect all the dots using only 4 lines, you cannot go over the same line twice and without taking your pencil off the paper... I know this one and I've done it before... but i'm still confused... help?
