I have the HTC H7 windows phone and I was wondering how can I add my own ringtones?

i was thinking of buying the motorola h730, i was wondering does the bluetooth have a button where i can push and the voice recognition on my phone comes on? or does it not? and does the voice recognition come in if the button is pushed?

I drive a 1998 saturn sl1 it has 116,000 miles, manual, and everytime i drive above 45mph my car shakes uncontrollably, can anyone tell me why this could be?
