    How do you speed up the growth of a Chinese Windmill Palm (Trachycarpus fortunei)?

    I have planted the seed of a Windmill palm within a pot. I have read that it will grow about 1 foot per year. Is there any way to aid it in its growth once it is established? Can I give it something to speed up its growth so that it maybe grows 2 feet a year?

    Can a 2010 Honda Insight be converted into a PHEV (plug-in hybrid)?

    I know that the first and second generation of the Toyota Prius can be converted into a PHEV, but can the latest 2010 Honda Insight be converted into a PHEV? I would like to purchase one but I would like to eventually convert it into a PHEV like what is possible with the Toyota Prius.
