    Why do people in Western culture wear such dark, muted clothes?

    It seems people from India or Africa wear bright, noticeable red/yellow/light colors. And people from America and Europe wear mostly muted, gray/black/white colors. It's just my impression from what I've seen but I'm curious. Is it just me or is it really different? Any thoughts why? Thanks!

    Would you recommend the books by Albert Speer?

    I am interested in Holocaust and 2WW and I have read about Albet Speer and how he wrote 3 books in prison. I was wondering if anyone read them and if yes, would you recommend them? (Because I dont wanna read a justification or excuse or smt like Goebbels' diaries.) Thanks!
