    My bikes handlebars lock up how do I move them?

    Today I went out to go for a ride, I hop on, begin to back my Kawasaki kz750 out of the garage, and the handlebars won't turn. They are stuck with the front wheel turned left. What is wrong?! I can not find any locking mechanism or any cords that are blocking it. Please help.
