    Why cant I keep the flash player on without having to download it each time I go to a...

    ...website? Every time I go to a website it always says I need to download a flash player even tho I have. So then I have to uninstall the old one then re-install it again for anything to work. Then have to restart pc....uuurrrggg HELP!!
