    How can I set animated GIFs as wallpaper on a Samsung Brightside cell phone?

    Every time I try to set an animated GIF to wallpaper it says "graphics not available". Even though there are preset GIFs on the phone that can be set to wallpaper just fine. I made sure the resolutions match with the preset ones. any help appreciated. Thanks!

    i have one kicker c12 and jensen 420 watt amp....how do i make it louder!?!?!?

    I have one kicker c12 sub with a jensen 420 power plus amp. it already sounds pretty good but i wanna make it louder!! i think im jus gonna get a new/better amp. is this the best choice and if so, what will be a good amp to get?

    Why does the Fire Department use Bootcamp tactics in testing potential firefighters ?

    I can understand why the military does it. And I dont know whether or not the Police Academy does it, but I can understand why they would. But why is it necessary for a firefighters to go through boot camp style fire training program ? I understand that part, but why all the Drill seargeant...
