No they will not - not on t-mobile anyways. it will send a message saying the # you called is not taking calls at this time. Or thats what it used to say. i have 3 #s blocked on mine 2 are 800 #s and since i blocked them i have not recived any calls from those 3 #s. I do know it does not say...
