N93 is triband, N95 is quadband which supports an additonal 850. Both will work with Cingular unless you need 850 in your area and N95 will give you better coverage with Cingular network. Both phone's 3G will not work with Cingular, you will at most get the data speed of EDGE.

The regular and Music Editions both have more updated firmware. 3.07.... Internet Edition is only updated to 3.06....
