You can go in realplayer, options, network, advanced, and select specific bitrates.
The higher, the better. However, you will notice that there is a maximum bitrate.
My guide is to allow you to chose bitrates that are higher...
I sometimes encounter the same bug. What I found out so far is that with each time I turn on my phone if I switch manually to the profile "general" this will eliminate that "no sound" bug until I turn off/on my phone.
