I was reading an article not too long ago concerning octane vs performance. The test was performed using a standard sport bike. With 87 octane they actually got 10 more hp over using 110 octane.

There is only 4 inches anyways, probably 1 inch droop and 3 up. I have the chrome forks from the dealer installed when the bike was new also on my 08 FLHX with SE heavy, they are less than stellar.

I have the ISO grips and 2 throttle bosses. Had the same issue until I added these. I am a mechanic of 26 years and have left hand carpel tunnel and these grips work for me.
