There should be retaining screws on the back of the 'wheel that hold the horn ring on - remove them to get to the wiring for the horn

You are correct - when it's red, the light is "on" meaning that the OBD code reader needs to be hooked up (done for free at some auto parts stores) and the codes viewed to indicate the repairs needed

Listen carefully to all instructions; keep hands at the 10 o'clock and 2 o'clock positions; always check the rearview, both side mirrors and around your shoulder when making a lane change; try to keep about 3 mph under the posted speed limit, but don't focus your attention on the speedometer...

Presuming that the vehicle has the automatic transmission, are you going by a tachometer reading, or just your "feeling" ?? Unless you have a heavy foot, there is no reason for the engine to rev to anywhere near the redline.. PS there is no such thing as a "V4"

It probably will not "break down" in the sense of not working at all; it will continue to produce less cold air until the refrigerant aka freon needs to be replaced/recharged...not a big thing for most shops to do

very difficult to diagnose w/o at least more info...where is the grease exactly leaking from ?? can you describe the noise better than a "slap" ?? more info = more answers :}

Personally I would not get one due to the fact that fuel will continue to rise in price, and I get over 35 mpg in my Hyundai

My suggestion is to go to an auto parts store and have them show you where it is on their computer; then if you decide you can & want to tackle it, get a repair manual for the car..they have step by step instructions and photos. Also ask the parts person if they have knowledge of replacing the part

For the low speed, I would suggest a bad catalytic converter; for the no start, it may be that the starter gets hot from the exhaust; either the starter is going out or you can try some heat shield on the exhaust near the starter
