I have that record on vinyl.... listening to it for the first time I was shocked because I'd never thought of Joe ****er as especially good but he does amazing things with that track that The Beatles failed to accomplish
Good man :thurab:
Yeah, just let me know if you need any links for the guy eh.
edit: Forgot to say, the Delivery Man is another great album for the beginner too, so might be worth have a gander at that one too.
You can add the Strokes to that list.
And the comments about Bloc Party are accurate. I listened to that first album with big expectations, judging by the noise people were making about it.
It just left me wondering what all the fuss was about.
And especially if it was your sister he was injecting, without her knowledge.
I've lived and grown up with laRAB who have made the choice to take heroin.
Once a smack head, always a smack head. I have no sympathy for these people.
Scum of the earth.
The issue I see here is that Kallen's family subplot was...already in the background. I think it served most of its main purpose already: to establish her character.
Her mother's either jailed or in a hospital (or both) and Kallen's fighting for her sake, her brother's dead and only alive in...
It's a positive world we live in nowadays. On the other hand, I was glad to hear you call that guy out in some kind of a way, letting him know what you think and despise!!!Cheers to that, man!!!
Nice to see a new addition to this. You’re right on about the consistency. I personally have a soft spot for Prolonging the Magic, and it’s likely due to the ease of it…
Good work... and I’m curious about your thoughts on Pressure Chief… guess I’ll be on the lookout.
Don't Know if this will work, but how many genuine banRAB/soloists can you name that is something you eat, such as...........
Blue Oyster Cult
Meatloaf
Hot Chocolate (even though it's a drink)
The above are all very mainstream but I can't think of any obscure ones.
