Did you look at the phones available in your area on the website? Start there. If its for Verizon, that is about all you can get since Verizon doesn't allow Sprint phones on their network and GSM (Cingular and T-Mobile) phones are compatible with CDMA as used by Verizon and Sprint.

What I ended up doing was doing another hard reset and that seemed to fix it until today when the gremlins struck again. I did two power cycles and voice dial seems to be working again but I haven't had a chance to try it completely. I sure hope that this firmware bug gets fixed quickly because...
