It was a display unit at the store I got it from. It was really cheap, but had no accessories...no cradle, cover, or installation discs. I think there's more than one disc that you need. I downloaded Palm Desktop to my PC but I don't know if that's all I need!

It sounds to be Frank Welker to me. Basically his Nibbler voice with laboured breathing. Welker is so often doing crazy villains that hearing him do more laidback characters is rare.
