    Trouble with neighborhood cats in my garden.?

    Moving bell pepper plants that are in the ground and about a 12" to 18" tall?

    You should be fine as long as you make sure you dig deep enough and get the hole root of the pepper plant, you'll have to remember to dig a larger hole than usual too since the root needs to go down as deep as possible. Try putting some organic fertilizer in the hole before you put the pepper...
