I personally have rubbed my eyes all my life whenever they itched without it resulting in any sort of eye infection but if you have dirty hands/fingers from touching things in public then you could get an eye infection I suppose. I am guessing it is better to just rinse your eyes out in running...

I have been getting the most awful, scary dizzy spells lately. I get so dizzy, room spining that I feel like I'm going to fall down and can't see straight for a few seconds. They only last for a few seconds to maybe a minute but I've never had anything like this before. I had two yesterday, one...
