    Is there any country that has a successful government managed health care system?

    The best countries I have visited for health care are Germany and France in that order. The United States is very good providing you are well insured or very wealthy. Health care here in Thailand is also excellent if you can pay but not so good if you can't. I am sure Australia and New Zealand...
