Nope, never got it to work. I can't remember what I did because it's been a while. But I think I somehow I found the memos on my computer and then synced it to the TX. It's on my TX and working great. Sorry I could not be of more help. Cyndy

Uninstall the Palm Desktop software completely. I believe it will ask you to reboot, if not do so anyway. Reinstall the Desktop software and follow each step. When prompted choose "sync with Palm Desktop software only" option.
