CN has had some bad press ,some warranted some maybe not. Not that I really know but from recent posts here it seems that they are making a conscious effort to better their image, almost to the point of erring on the side of being too lenient and conciliatory.

I think there are much better ways to do this than with Gnutella. Gnutella is mainly for sharing files with anybody in the world that wants what you have, not just yourself. I've never tried it, but it seems to me like something along the lines of VNC would be what you're looking for... or...
